Factor H is a regulatory factor of the alternative pathway of complement activation. Factor H is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain with a molecular mass of 150 kDa.
Human Factor H (1).
GAU 020-03 is specific for complement factor H in human serum and plasma (1).
Epitope specificity differs from that of GAU 018-03 (1).
GAU 018-03 can be used as a capture antibody in sandwich ELISA with GAU 020-03 as detection antibody.
This antibody pair specifically detects full length 150 kDa factor H and does not cross react with the truncated forms of factor H (1).
