BioPorto Diagnostics joins forces with its Korean distributor, Dong-In Biotech, to promote BioPorto’s NGAL products at the 12th Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology (APCN 2010).

APCN 2010 is one of the most important nephrology meetings in Asia. It provides physicians and researchers with an interest in the area an excellent platform to exchange ideas and research in the field of kidney diseases.

The impressive scientific program, provides comprehensive coverage of topics in both clinical and basic nephrology, with plenary lectures and symposia complemented by free communications and poster presentations. BioPorto Diagnostics is presenting three scientific posters on NGAL at the meeting:

· Evaluation of a fully automated NGAL particle-enhanced turbidimetric assay (AB0402)

· Urinary and plasma NGAL levels reflect the severity of acute kidney injury (AB00400)

· Evaluation of newly developed ELISAs for rat, mouse, dog and pig NGAL (AB0399)
