April at a glance
April has seen the preparation of the share issue prospectus. At the same time the Board and management have been working on finding new candidate Board members and optimizing the Board’s overall composition. Negotiations on licensing the NGAL IP rights are continuing and the company now expects the first agreement to be made in the 3rd quarter of this year.
The management team held its annual weekend meeting and consolidated the company’s new strategy by means of new action plans focusing particularly on sales and marketing activities. Sales in the first 4 months of the year have shown a marked increase over the same period last year and there is a notably positive trend in the sales of the new GLP-1 antibodies.
